Cirino’s House Chicken Wings
Crispy outside, moist inside…
And to-die-for flavor with perfect zip!
Ingredients:
2 to 3 lbs. chicken wings
1 lb. salted butter
¾ cup Cirino’s Bloody Mary Mix
Tabasco sauce (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
- Melt butter and combine with Cirino’s Bloody Mary Mix in a bowl big enough to toss wings. Add Tabasco to taste if desired.
- Fill pan with 1” of water and steam wings on medium heat for about 10 minutes until they’re cooked ¾ of the way through.
- Remove from stovetop and place in roasting pan, in an oven that’s been preheated to 400 degrees F. Roast until golden brown and a little crispy.
- Toss freshly-cooked wings in a bowl with wing mixture and serve while still warm.
- Optional – sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
